Knowing the background of where you live and come from can give you a sense of pride and even a few surprises. Once the history of your town is completed, you can create a website about it and create a booklet and sell it.

Step one is to go to the nearest library and research your town. Look for how it was established, by whom, and what families first settled there. Research what they did for a living and their descendants.
