this hot home idea is one home job that I used
to do working out of my home a few years ago.

I would like to give you some tips on how to become
a neighborhood flyer service person.  This home
based business has very low start up costs and
the monthly costs to keep it going are virtually
nothing.  You can profit with this business from
the first month.  Here is how I ran this business.

First you need to think of a catchy name for your
business.  It is best to get a business license.
Then locate a nice shopping center that has preferably
10-15 small stores in the mall.  What you will doing
is taking a visit to each store and offer to deliver
their advertising flyer around in their local neighborhood.
You have them design their own flyer along with their
own discounted coupon.  They will pay you a flat fee
each month for delivering their flyer door to door
to a nice close by neighborhood.  I charged a $45 fee
to deliver their 200 flyer’s each month. 

I would then contact 10 other clients for that
months delivery.  At the beginning of each month, I
would go by each store and pick up their flyer’s.  I would
compile all of these flyer’s into a nice cellophane
wrapped bag and tie the top.  It had to have a door hanger
top to it.  I would set out the first Saturday of each
month, with kids in tow and we would deliver these special
goody bags to all the 200 neighbors in the area of that
shopping mall.  I usually made around $500 per month
and got great exercise to boot.

This hot home job idea was one of the best home based businesses
I ran from home and I made a good income for my family.
